Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you charge for shipping?

We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all UK orders over £50. For orders below £50, a flat shipping fee of £4.95 will apply. No hidden costs, no surprises—just straightforward delivery for your favourite pieces.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We’re focused on delivering a high-quality local experience — if we expand our shipping zones, you’ll be the first to know!

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

First, check your tracking link. If it’s been more than 8 business days and your parcel hasn’t arrived, email us at support@valnori.com and we’ll investigate right away.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To start a return, just email us at support@valnori.com.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Can I make an exchange?

Absolutely. If you'd like a different size or style, just let us know in your return email and we’ll help make it happen.
