What is Ava & Mace?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is included with every order within the United States, with no minimums or hidden conditions.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days once shipped, so most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days. As soon as your package is on the way, you will receive a tracking link to follow it in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the United States. If we expand to other regions in the future, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
If something is not quite right, you have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us at support@avaandmace.com and our team will guide you through the steps.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time to finalize the transfer.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. If you want to exchange an item, email us at support@avaandmace.com and we will help you choose the right replacement.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check your tracking link first. If it has been more than 7 business days since shipping and your package still has not arrived, contact us at support@avaandmace.com and we will help right away.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Reach out to us as quickly as possible after placing your order.
